 Option One
 Create a selection of songs or poems (total of 4) that
demonstrate the following:

 a) discrimination/ prejudice
 b) human understanding and compassion
 c) Individual conscience

 Write a brief paragraph for each song or poem

explaining how it is related to each topic .
 Option Two
 Create a collage which depicts one of the following
topics; include a title:

 a) discrimination/prejudice
 b) human understanding and compassion
 c) individual conscience

 Write 2-3 pages explaining how your collage deals

with your chosen topic (3).
 Option Three
 Choose a character from the novel To Kill a
Mockingbird. Write a one-page, double-spaced
journal for each of the following topics:

 Specific, to the novel, incidents of:

 a) human understanding/compassion (or lack of)
 b) conscience/integrity (or lack of)
 c) prejudice
 Option Four
 Create a slideshow or photo album of 10
characters from the novel.
 Include a picture and description of them:
personality traits (2 items) and feats (3 items)
they are known for.
 Each character will be described in a
paragraph (traits and feats). You must
provide an explanation for each feat.
