Rs.5000 and B makes a sub-

Rs. 5000 only.

AFTER SALE.

Section 30(1) of Sale of goods Act

 A seller after selling goods if continuous the


possession of the goods or other document of title in
respect of that goods pledge that good to someone
else.
 The pledgee has the title for such goods provided that
the pledge is acting in good faith.
 The pledgee has no notice of previous sale.
