Process Analysis

To know the design of the process can be known through:

1) identification of process requirements
2) the selection of process requirements
3) the sequence of process requirements.
Process Analysis

As for what is considered when conducting a process and

design analysis it is necessary to raise the following questions:

a. Is the process designed to achieve competitive advantage?

b. Does the process eliminate steps that don't add value?
c. Does the process maximize value for customers?
d. Will the process add orders?

Schedule can find out how much and when the product
is done. The schedule has an impact on the choice of
machine type, number of machines, number of shifts,
number of people, space needed, warehouse needs,
material removal equipment, etc.
