 The project started on May 26th, 2003 and completed on July 18th, 2005 (561 days).
2. What’s is the total cost? How much of the
total costs? Capital costs?

 $3,572,620 (Labor Cost)

 (5 x 12,500) + (3 x 12,000) = $98,500 (Capital Cost)

 Total Cost = Labor Cost + Capital Cost


$3,572,620 + $98,500 = $3,671,120
3. What is the critical path(s) in the project ?

 The Critical Path are:


A. System Requirements that include Gather Business Requirements, Design Business Process Flows, and
Create Operational Requirements.
B. Create Functional Requirements that include View and Search Product Catalog, View and Search Product
Catalog, Submit Order, Check Order History & Order Status, and Create ERP Interface Requirements.
C. Detailed Design that include Design View and Sear Product Catalog Pages & Components, Design Updating
and Calculating Shopping Cart, Design Submit Order Pages & Components, Design Check Order History & Order
Status Pages & Components, Design ERP Interface
D. Test Planning that include Create System Test Plan & Test Cases and Write System Test Scripts
E. Testing that include Perform System Testing and Perform Validation Testing
3. How would you asses the level of risk in the
project ?

The level of risk of this project to be failed is HIGH. Because, the projects finish date (deadline date) is
way too close to estimation date. Activities that incudes in Critical Path may get disturbed.
4. Opinion for the project to be completed on
time?

 In order to catch the completion date, the company needs to recruit more manpower
(resource) and extend the labor working time (lembur).
 Mempercepat beberapa kegiatan yangbanyak memakan waktu seperti Testing dan
Deployment.
