 SOME OF DISCREPANCIES FIGURED OUT IN THE FEEDER WITH OUT BOQ

Some points regarding discrepancies occur in the feeder’s extensions.

 NO permanent stay installed even at single pole all over the feeder.
 Earth is not provided even to single pole all over the feeder extensions.
 At some locations H-pole required.
 Double cross required at section points.
 LT old poles are used instead of new HT Poles at 3 locations.
 Large number of Nut Bolts are missing in the line which is most dangerous points.
 Damaged old pole is used at four locations.
 Disc insulator is missing at some double cross locations.

Pin insulator is used at location where disc insulators are required.

Some poles are tilted.

One pole is complete tilted.

One pole is with out concrete foundation.

At some locations 3 No’s of insulators are used instead of 6 disc + 3

insulators. (section adda)

Knee bracing required . No single knee bracing is used then how the fault
will be entertained in future at this line.

 The line requires complete removal of all discrepancies which is

energized bypassing the sub division orakzai ,with out handing taking.

The line will be disconnected incase of failing of removal of discrepancies.

 I will never allow my staff to own the sections, energized without permission of sub division and sub division is
bypassed before energization with the statement that responsibility will not be upon sub division in case of any
mishap in future, then who will be responsible ? Of course we all will be responsible because why we let it to be
done instead we can remove all the hazardous points.
Why the construction division is favored by any one in the company why all the officials is being silent on the sub
standard works and why these are allowed to do so, are these above the rules and proper legal way to follow all the
legal process which is bypassed with the statement that “ on emergency basis it is being energized and due to
pressure from High ups, why this pressure is not being applied to construction division to do standard work but all
the pressure is being held on the operational SDO to energize the feeder or sections with out providing any BOQ OR
estimate before energization. The reason of destruction of TESCO will be the way through which all the rules are
being avoided just for unknown reasons.
