Incident Report

The patient is an elderly man who fell down the stairs when tripping on a toy car. When the patient fell he sustained a
heavy blow to the head causing a contusion superior to his left orbital. This heavy blow also caused a laceration to form on
the anterior mandible of the patients left midsagittal plane. The patient's cervical region suffered severe whiplash while
falling due to lack of support. The patients buccal area on the left midsagittal plane generated severe ecchymosis from
skidding on the patients wood flooring. Another case of ecchymosis occured on the patients lateral femoral also on the left
midsagittal plane ( this occurred from skidding as well). Upon impact the patients coxal experienced a dislocation on the left
midsagittal plane. A hematoma formed on the mans’ abdominal left midsagittal plane because when the patient landed he
did so on the toy car. The patient got a fracture on his left midsagittal carpal from trying to stop himself from falling. The
patient got an abrasion on his antebrachial right midsagittal plane from skidding. Finally, the patient suffers from a sprain on
his tarsal on the left midsagittal plane.
