Problem
 ‘My friend Farman became more
euphoric in the last weeks , with bouts of
agitation and sadness. He complained
many times for me that as if a bug is
moving on his body, also I heard from
him that he is using a drug to be more
comfortable.
Possible differential diagnoses
 Cocaine intoxication
 Amphetamine or phencyclidine
intoxication
 Benzodiazepine withdrawal
