• To outsource is to give, to an outside agency, the


authority and responsibility of operations, of a
department/ facility in an organization.

• To outsource is to appoint an agent to take care


of services of the organization independently or in
conjunction with the management policies and
procedures.

cater to the requirements of an organization from time to
