Objectives
 Everything around is in one or the other way productive, if we have
a deep insight to observe and learn from it.
 Every event should be recorded in academic field.
 The main aim of Documentation Committee is to record the
academic and co-curricular activities carried out at the Department
of English.
 From the expert guidance by emminent professors to the
celebration of various festivals, days and events, the
Documentation Committee works for preserving details in form of
reports.
 Function
• Documentation committee is  Daily Schedule  
connected with the eleven  Gardening 
committees of the department.   Library 
 ICT  
• The purpose is to collect the  Bulletin Board
details of various events from all  Celebration

committees and to prepare a  Art and Creativity
