The graph shows that option 1, which is the “Academic” gets
the highest percentage. It implies that “Academic” is the
most concern topic we need to address in the field of
counseling.
 The graph shows that last option, which is the “Adjustments”
gets the highest percentage. It implies that “Adjustments” is
the most concern topic we need to address in the field of
counseling.
 In the third question which is “Are your needs or concerns addressed
effectively by your school counselor & the office?”, the graph results
shows that majority of the respondents' concern are addressed by their
school counselors. The number of respondents who said Yes is 40 while
only 15 respondents said No.
 Conclusion
The Survey conducted by the researcher goes to show
that counseling is a relevant matter. It could help lots of
individuals to face the challenges with utmost bravery and
to let them feel that they are not alone. 'Academic'
alongside with 'Relationship with myself' are the two top
picks by the respondents and it implies that they are
having trouble with that two particular topic. 'Academic'
that garnered a total of 18 votes, 32. 7 % in percentage,
implies that majority of the respondents concern is their
Academic life. At this point, counselling inside the school
could be a big help for the students and teachers to be
guided and be advised of what is the right thing to
consider and to do.
 Recommendation

The conducted survey therefore recommends the

extensive prioritization of the counseling aspect inside the
school or even inside each barangays. Counseling not only
helps individual to be able to think rationally, it also helps
to produce more productive, motivated, and braver
individuals that will be part of one mentally healthy
community.
