STRESS AND IT’S CAUSES

¿WHAT IS STRESS?
Stress is a feeling of physical or
emotional tension. It can come from
any situation or thought that makes
you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous.

Stress is your body's reaction to a


challenge or demand. In small
episodes, stress can be positive, such
as when it helps you avoid danger or
meet a deadline. But when stress lasts
for a long time, it can harm your
health.
CAUSES OF STRESS
More and more people are under stress,
especially in big cities where we live too fast.
The causes for which people suffer stress are
different, but ¿what are the main ones?

1. Economic factors. Money is necessary to


live, so if you don't have enough income, it
can be a big headache.

2. Work overload. In these situations, it is


best to talk to your superior. And if you are
the boss, learn to delegate.

3. Lack of job satisfaction. Feeling


comfortable at work and having the
opportunity to do what you love is
something that fewer and fewer employees
can do, unfortunately.
4. Personal relationships. We all need to
socialize, and when things don't go well with the
people around us, it is normal for it to affect us.

5. Attention to the family. The first nucleus with


which we have contact in our life, usually usually
accompanies us until the end. It is normal to
want to serve them properly. Especially when
the grandparents or parents get older and you
want to reward them for everything they have
done for you.

6. Pressure on vacation. Vacations are supposed


to be enjoyable, but many people don't take it
that way. What's more, there are people who
feel stress because they are not working. Others
are simply nervous about stepping out of their
"comfort zone."
7. Never say "no". Serious mistake that can
bring you consequences. Learning to say "no" is
much more important than some think.

8. Not having free time. Who can afford not to


have free time to enjoy and not be stressed?
Much needed, or you will end up going crazy.

9. Obsess over perfection. It is understandable


that there are people who want everything to
be perfect, the problem is that perfection does
not exist. If trying to achieve it becomes an
obsession ... Problem.

10. Lack of interest. This symptom usually


affects people who do not find anything that
motivates them. That is why the search for our
dreams must never cease.
11. Disorder and confusion. Feeling
confused is a feeling that all people
experience at some time, and even having a
“messy” head is more common than we
think. What happens is that few people
share it.
