she was not able to get the customer sometimes. she misheard him
when he had a doubt about using the same tablet for future classes, she
thought
it was about locking the apps on tablet.
didnt let the customer talk more.
i think the customer was not ok about speaking in english all the way.
he understood but i think he was hesitant in speaking english that's why
he didn't speak much.
didn't ask the parent that she could talk with the kid/child
