Situational: Let’s pretend it’s the first day of school and you are the first grade teacher, how are you going
to prepare for the class/classroom?
If you are teaching a ZERO ENGLISH level student, how are you going to teach him or her?

[a]-Conflict of schedule
-Unstable company and very low classes
-Because I am trying my luck to apply here in speakwell because I was told by other teachers
that are already teaching here that I have a better future in this company.
[b]-My strength is I always make sure that the student should learn something from me before I
end the class.
[c]-There has been a conflict of my schedule.
-My contract already ended.
-I have been eyeing to apply here in speakwell because I was told by other teachers that this
school has a high quality standards.
[d]-I have no problem with teaching both. Kids are very exciting to teach with since they are
beginners they are excited to learn new things. Although challenging but the fun is worth it.
-With adults, they tend to focus more in class so teaching them is quite easier than kids.
[e]It is much more difficult in teaching online than teaching face to face. There are factors that
will affect like the internet and the level of understanding of a student such as a ZERO LEVEL
ENGLISH student. Patience and creativity should be applied.
[f]When a kid is very tired from the school and has to attend our online class, I have to keep the
energy high to motivate my student which is also draining in my end but I am already used to it.
[g]Yes! Bad feedbacks are always there. There will be mistakes because I believe nobody is
perfect. These feedbacks are my motivation and room for development.
[h]I should start by talking to them, building rapport is the best tool, as well as entertaining them
through toys and props.
[i]I use my toys, props, but there are times that I become strict and I have to explain to the
student that the class should be taken seriously because their parents are working hard for their
education and for our classes.
[j]Lesson review or wrap up before the time ends. A short quiz is also effective to know if the
student learned something from our class.
[k]Patience
Compassion
Sense of responsibility
