Read and answer the following

1. In building your ideal community, explain what is depicted in the collage or diorama that you
prepared in terms of problems (issues and concern) of the community as having to do with the goals
of the people living in the area.

In building community, I have always dream to create an organization where people can gather to
help the poor, or being able to donate something even in a smallest amount and things. So, as a
leader I will try to lessen the burdens of needy people by giving them considerations in seeking for
job like, lowering the standard of a company or basically giving them a chance to work even without
a degree but making it sure that they have the abilities of a good worker and an effective employee.

2. Based on the identified problems, issues and concerns. As NSTP student, how relevant is
community immersion to the development of the community and the national development.

It is very relevant especially in this time that we are able to adopt other cultural situations, and is
very important to fulfill goals as a student and to slowly become an engaged citizen in the
community doing tasks and other forms of works. Also, it helps us to solve problems easily because
it welcomes us to another learnings from other community in interacting or searching for ideas
about the different areas in their community and also to their cultures.
