Inclusive groups that collaborate across regions and within the BRG network – enabling employees to share ideas, grow professionally
and connect with colleagues who have similar interests. BRG priorities align to the firm’s and all are open to every employee. Today,
over 35% of employees across 53 countries are a member of at least one of the BRGs

Mentoring & Skilled Volunteerism

Connecting the employees to their communities to support inclusive growth in the places where they live and work, including:

1. Traditional volunteerism with nonprofits


2. Supporting the long-term sustainability of nonprofits through pro bono consulting and board service
3. Mentorship programs to help prepare young people for careers and for life and to support the growth of diverse small
businesses

Signature initiatives:

4. Tech for Social Good- Applying resources and technology skills to create sustainable solutions for nonprofit organizations
5. The Fellowship Initiative- Dedicated to improving education outcomes for disadvantaged young men of color.
6. The Service Corps- Leverages employees’ career expertise to work on strategic challenges facing nonprofits
Leadership Edge
• It identifies pivotal points in a manager’s career and provides leadership courses to support their
goals.

• The initiative arms managers with the tools they need to lead best-in-class teams, develop talent
and enhance employee engagement, as well as achieve their individual career goals.A

• study on the impact of Leadership Edge demonstrated that program participants are better at
coaching, providing feedback and creating an inclusive environment.
