• Compass
• WellPlan
• StressCheck

Delivery:
• The region and project will agree the region’s Specific Application Training requirements and preferred time
scale
• The project will communicate these requirements to Landmark
• The Region PM accountable to liaise Landmark in region to deliver the Specific Application Training

Training Delivery Options

There will be three main methods of training delivery

1. Global delivery – members of the Deployment Team will deliver the training to the region’s Engineers

2. Train The Trainers - members of the Deployment Team will deliver the training to the region’s nominated
trainers, who will then train the rest of the region’s Engineers

3. Regional delivery – the region nominates its own trainers, who will deliver all training to the region’s engineers.
The Project will only supply the Training Material and data.

NOTE – The workflows and OpenWells/PROFILE training materials are Shell specific and therefore
mandatory.
Training Deliverables

The Project will deliver:

• Training manuals
• Training exercises
• Training data
• Training personnel (dependant on delivery option chosen)

The Project will not deliver:

• Training coordinator
• Deployments logistics
• Landmark courses – the project will only communicate the training requirements
• Training materials for Landmark specific application training
• PO’s for Landmark

NOTE:
• All costs for Shell material incurred will be charged through via Cat2
• All costs for Specific Application Training ( to be delivered by Landmark) to be ordered
via regional PO’s

Training Enquiry
Actions

Regions
• Nominate Regional Project Manager and Training Coordinator
• Complete or revise Training Enquiry spreadsheets to capture which type of training is required for each of their
NAMED engineers
• Identify which times are not suitable for deployment – e.g.vacations, regional events, etc
• Agree regional delivery timescale and target completion date

Project
• Engage with Regions individually to:
• Reconfirm training needs and identify engineers’ names
• Agree regional delivery model
• Confirm infrastructure needs
• Agree regional delivery timescale and target completion date

Aim: Acquire accurate, mutually agreed regional training requirements. This will enable
the creation of an achievable global deployment plan.
