Conclusions and Recommendations

 Since new employees attrite more, conduct events and sessions to


make new employees feel at home
 Compensation has to be equal for both the genders and employees
have to be properly paid for overtime
 Overall work satisfaction is not very high. So understand the pain
points and improve the experience for the employees
 Ensure employees in all departments are treated fairly. It turns out
some departments have higher attrition than others. This can be
avoided
