REPUBLIC ACT 9522
– Coastal State, under article 21 of the UNCLOS may adopt laws and
regulations, in conformity with the provisions of the Convention
and other rules of international law, relating to innocent passage
through the territorial sea.
AND ALL OTHER TERRITORIES OVER
WHICH PHILIPPINE HAS JURISDICTION
