computer that you are connected to.
Online Pictures
Find and insert pictures from a variety of online resources.
Shapes
Insert ready-made shapes , such as circles,
squares and arrows.
SmartArt
Insert a SmartArt graphic to visually
communicate information.
Chart
Make it easy to spot patterns and trends in your
data by inserting a bar, area or a line chart.
Screenshot
Quickly add a snapshot of any window that’s
open on your desktop to your document.
Store
Explore apps in the Office Store
Add - ins
Insert an add – in and use the web to enhance your
work.
Online Video
Find and insert videos from a variety
of online sources.
Hyperlink
Create a link in your document for quick access to webpages and files.
Bookmark
Bookmarks work with hyperlinks to let you
jump to
a specific place in your document.
Cross - Reference
Refer to specific places in your document, such
as headings, figures and tables.
Comment
Add a note about this part of a
document.
Header
Header helps you repeat content at the top of
every page.
Footer
Footer helps you repeat content at the bottom
of every page.
Page Number
Number the pages in your document.
Text Box
It brings focus to the content it contains and is great
for showing important text, such as headings or
quotes.
Quick Parts
Insert preformatted text, auto-text, document
properties, and fields anywhere in the document.
WordArt
Add some artistic flair to your document using a
WordArt text box.
Drop Cap
Create a large capital letter at the
beginning of a paragraph.
Signature Line
Insert a signature line that specifies the individual
who must sign.
Date & Time
Quickly add the current date or time.
Object
Insert an embedded object or text form
another file into your document.
Equation
Add a common mathematical equations to your
document, such as the area of a circle or the
quadratic formula.
Symbol
Add symbols that are not on your
keyboard.
