1 ANALYSIS OF THE
EDUCATIONAL
• The target group is formed by 5 and 6 year-old kids
from Cunitas y Crayolas Kindergarten.

SITUATION
• These 10 kids are completely healthy. They are also
active and willing to learn. They have a great attitude
towards learning new meaningful content.

• Their family groups

are economically and educationally in a good position;
they are also characterized by being small families;
most of the students live with their parents.

• They really enjoy hands-on activities to interact with the invironment as they move and
participate actively in their own process to build new opinions and ideas.
2 Problem
Currently, because of the health problems that

definition
exist worldwide, children cannot attend classes
in person but virtually. They are distant from
their peers; and, all the activities that allow
them exploring and living significant
experiences are limited. This situation prevents
them from having meaningful experiences in
their development at a social level.
3 Project topic
The most delicious English! wants to help
kids to learn about customs, tourist places
and curious facts about some countries.

This project is also aimed to create

activities for children to learn new English
vocabulary and expressions related to the
kitchen and recipes from different parts of
the world.
4
Improvement
actions
To carry out the classes in a face-to-face way, so
that the teacher can guide the process of
preparing the recipes and help them to
strengthen the knowledge of the new language,
recognizing the vocabulary and correct
pronunciation.
5 Justificati
on According to Piaget, kids at this age
show a greater ability to learn and
communicate using different symbols,
gestures, words, numbers and images.

In this sense, it is a great opportunity to

provide necessary tools as this cooking
workshop, designed for children to
experiment with food, try new flavors
and discover that cooking can be fun and
it is a great context to promote English
learning and practice.
