 Understanding development aid is complex and always a
two-edged sword, because the donors and recipients often
hold different motives and interests based on their ideological
backgrounds and schools of thought and are driven by
economic, political, social, and cultural considerations.
 The core puzzle of quality education remains unsolved, and
the effectiveness of development continues to be criticized.
 Schooling curricula upward to include the following
concepts in a learner’s experience: human rights, social justice,
citizenship, diversity, values and perceptions, teamwork,
learning in a global context, and sustainable development.

 Globalization is an important development that
changed deeply the world in modern history.
 In global world, information society is another important
concept, it needs creative individuals, and governments
should only train in school the individuals to adopt the new
values and developing student's ability to acquire, and use
knowledge gains importance in the process of globalization.
 Student should develop their critical thinking skills,
obtain democratic values and ethics and apply their
knowledge independently in an effectively designed
teaching-learning environment.

to increase emphasis on internationalization of the
subjects included in a course of study in school.

preferred futures of the student.
• Liberalisation and privatisation has changed the education
scenario of today.
• Exploration of change, interdependence, identity and diversity,
rights and responsibilities, peace building, poverty and wealth,
sustainability and global justice key areas where education has to
play vital role.
