Restore briefing venue to its original state:
Rearrange the tables & chairs back to its original state
Rearrange all equipment & accessories (within the
briefing venue) back to its original state
Clean and tidy up the place
Clear the wastes
Switch off all powers and lightings
Ensure all doors and windows are secured & lock-up the
briefing venue (if applicable)
Reporting incomplete reinstatement of briefing venue to
person-in-charge of the briefing venue

Learning Activity 4.1
After the conduct of your operation debrief, all officers returned
the operation equipment to you as follows:
SO A returned the handheld metal detector
SO D returned the safety vest and traffic wand
All SOs returned their whistle
SO B and C reported that they have returned their equipment back to
Property Department
Meeting Room 1 (MR1) that you have used for the operation
debrief will be used by Facility Manager (FM) the following day
@0900 hours. Explain what you should do to tidy up the MR1 so
that FM does not have a “shock” when he uses the MR1 the next
day morning.
