    Login with the merchant number as username and
    enter password
    TO FUND AND CREDIT YOUR WALLET
    • Click on FUNDS
    • Make payment to the account details displayed, and fill the transaction details at the
    remark box and click submit.

    • Send a mail to the palmplay team , and attach the evident of payment, for confirmation on the payment.

    HOW TO RECHARGE
    • Click on transactions
    • Click on bulk airtime.
    • Select apply bulk airtime, click download template and save the excel.
    • Fill in the numbers you want to recharge, and the amount.
    • Go back to the apply bulk payment, click on click to upload.
    • Fill the remark space.
    • Enter the password same and log in password.
    • And submit.
    • Select bulk airtime approval.
    • Click on the details, i.e the list and amount you uploaded.
    • And click on allow and click approve.
