INTRODUCTION

• Electric Bi-cycle have the same features of a standard bi-cycle, but of course
there is one major advantage with a powerful battery pack and an energy
efficient motor operated by a throttle on the handlebars, you get the feelings of
being pushed alone by a strong invisible hand. This greatly increases your speed
and hill climbing ability. Passing cars in busy congested traffic is such a buzz!
• It’s up to you how much you pedal, you can use the motor on its own or you can
pedal along with the motor. If you do this, you can expect 15-40 miles per charge
(depending on the model).
 PRODUCTION PROCESS

The choice of technology is influenced by a variety of consideration:

•Plant Capacity:
We will go for mass production. Our plant capacity includes both manual and
automated production technology. Some parts are assembled manually and most of
the parts are assembled automatically.
•Principle Input:
Our principle inputs are Iron, Steel and Aluminum. We will also use leather,
rubber dying materials.
• Investment Outlay and Production Cost:
We have assed carefully the effect of alternatives technology on investment out lay
and production cost over a period of time.
• Product Mix:
We have only one product but it offer to all male and female. This product is
prepared for two items one Normal another Luxury.
• Latest Development:
We have a research team who will develop new designs. Our researchers are
developing these designs for better service, high quality and also innovation design.
• Easy to Absorption :
We have trained and experienced technician and personal that can easily adopt our
chosen technology
