* No foods and drinks allowed inside the shop.

* There are other same establishments nearby.

III. OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES

The primary objectives of Raizen’s Internet Café


includes:

• To increase its yearly revenue by 20 percent.


• To provide affordable access to the resources of the
Internet and other online services.
• To educate the community on what internet can offer.
Raizen’s Internet Café has three main strategies.

• The first strategy focuses on expansion.


• The second strategy focuses on attracting more
customers especially the novice and first-time internet
users.

• The third strategy focuses on building a great


atmosphere of its social environment for the customers
IV. TACTICS

The first strategy of Raizen’s Internet Café which


focuses on expansion can be achieved by:

• Providing additional desktop computer units.


• Looking for a more spacious place to transfer.
• Build another computer shop in other places.
• Look for possible potential investors especially in the
provinces.
Raizen’s Internet Café’s second strategy on focusing to
attract more customers especially the novice and first-
time users can be achieved by:
• Providing the latest in computing technologies.
• Providing different computing services like printing,
scanning, editing and many more.
• Providing fast internet connection.
• Providing access to powerful software applications.
• Advertisements especially through digital marketing
channels.
The third strategy focuses on building a great
atmosphere of its social environment for the
customers.

Once inside the Raizen’s Internet Café, the customer


that came for the standard entertainment offerings will
realize the potential of entertainment value provided by
the internet.
