 Covid-19 has affected over 180 countries around the world
and most populations have been placed under mandatory
lockdown. As new COVID-19 cases continue to emerge in
the country, many healthy individuals are being requested
to stay at home in self-quarantine. Many fitness centers
and other locations where individuals are normally active,
will remain temporarily closed. Staying at home for
prolonged periods of time can pose a significant challenge
for remaining physically active.
SO, I make the exercising is my best hobby in Quarantine
days. Self-quarantine can also cause additional stress and
challenge the mental health of citizens. Physical activity and
relaxation techniques can be valuable tools to help you
remain calm and continue to protect your health during this
time.
I manage my time also set my time goals for online classes
and some time for my exercise this make me really active
and makes my Quarantine days more special than others.
 There are many apps available on app stores which are very useful for me and
also to help me log my workout. Taking the time to log the exercises can help
me to stay on track.
 Daily routines can get messed up when I am stuck at home.  Exercising the
same time everyday helps me to train my body to prepare for the workout.
 Here are some simple strength exercises that I followed at home.  These are
aimed at novice exercisers. When I feel pain or shortness of breath, I just
stop and get some rest. I Start exercising with 10 repetitions and work up to
30.
 Squats.
 Lunges.
 Push ups (start with weight on the knees if needed).
 Jumping jacks.
 Crunches.
 Planks (start on knees if needed) try 10 seconds.
SOME ADVICES
 Set an alarm:
Get out of bed at the same time you would if you were going to
work.  This can help keep your sleep more consistent and help you have a better
workout.
 Use a pedometer:
A pedometer counts your steps and helps keep you accountable to
maintain your activity level while quarantined.
 Get an accountability partner. Find a friend or family member who will call
you or text you to make sure you are exercising.  Do the same for them.

 Log your exercises. There are many apps which are available to help you log
your workout.  Taking the time to log the exercises can help you stay on
track.
CONCLUSION
Everyone is being affected by the Coronavirus in some way or
another. Staying active and fit can help manage the stress and
maintain overall health, we are all in this together. Exercises
cannot keep you from catching the Coronavirus. The only way
to truly avoid catching it is to avoid contact with anyone who
is infected. But, exercise can help to keep your immune
system as strong as possible. This is important because those
with weak immune systems are more susceptible. Practicing
Social Distancing and consistent hand hygiene are the best
ways to lower your risk of catching the Coronavirus.
