 To explore the importance of C&D waste materials and explore the possible usage of
recycled materials in new construction and its performance to the Chennai context.
OBJECTIVE
 To study about the C&D waste materials in construction and its causes to the environmental
and surrounding ambiance.
 Analyzing the implementation of recycled C&D waste into the construction industry.

SCOPE:
 Identification and understanding the need for recycling the C&D waste materials
 Possible of reusing the recycled materials in any form of construction materials in a larger
or smaller scale of usage
EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
 Further research in the technology of reuse and recycling of the C&D waste materials and
reviving the usage of the recycled materials with respect to future considerations such as
eco-friendly materials.
