Music's Role in ADHD and Anxiety

The document summarizes the key learnings from a student's film project on music and its relationship to anxiety and ADHD. The student conducted research through interviews and explored how color relates to emotions and music. They created two short films - a stop motion film on a girl expressing her emotions through music and color, and a narrative film on a girl struggling to focus but finding relief through music. Through feedback surveys, the student identified strengths in details, research and adaptability, but weaknesses in storyboarding and scripting. They are pleased to have identified areas for improvement to strengthen storytelling in future films.

idea as I felt that not only would I be able to draw interest from
the watchers from music choice but the visual effects I had
planned for my stop motion. I had decided on adding an element
of live colour into the stop motion, to reflect and, in a way,
exaggerate the experience of music around people. I found out
that colour synaesthesia is what this is. An example of colour
