In our super store business we have set and assigned the management role to
mentioned below department.
 INFORMATIONAL ROLE : Informational role is assigned to HOD of Sales & Marketing
Department
 Interpersonal Role : Is assigned to HOD “Administrative Department” as per our strategy
 DESCISION MAKING ROLE: This role will be mutually played by all managers of all
departments according to natures of this role.

by separating specialized items billing i.e. Cosmetics , Scents , Garments.

This Model will be implemented through installation of Bar-Code
Scanners at different places to ease the work of floor Staff
