 INTRODUCTION

First I will give a brief concept or description of what man and woman are,
then I will give the corresponding explanations of the similarities that men
and women have in terms of physical traits and personalities.
 WOMEN
It is the female human being, regardless of whether it is
a girl or an adult. The woman belongs to a category that
implies childhood, puberty, adolescence and adulthood.
 MAN
It refers to the male specimen of the human species,
also called male or, from a biological point of view,
male. on the other hand, it is also used to differentiate
the male that has reached adulthood from the younger
specimens. He has also been attributed, throughout
history, a series of qualities that, supposedly,
differentiate him from women, such as courage,
firmness, courage or bravery, all considered manly
virtues
 SIMILARITIES
The idea that women in leadership positions are
fundamentally different from their male colleagues is
widespread. However, research shows that women and
men in positions of great responsibility have many more
similarities than differences in their attitudes towards
others and their personalities.

So do men and women in leadership roles really have different

personalities? Stereotypes about women's leadership styles range from
extremely negative to highly positive; Some people are convinced that
women are unmotivated or too emotional to be good leaders. People
who have a positive outlook praise women for their unique approach
and strong interpersonal skills that make them better leaders than men.
but in my opinion I don't think it's true either.
Because The main conclusion was that men and women in leadership
positions are more like each other than they differ. Both have the
profile of archetypal leaders, with a marked emphasis on
characteristics such as assertiveness, strategic thinking, and
decisiveness.
 SIMILARITIES
Women have no impediment to learn. Neither do men.
With everything we do We learn about anything every
day. the need for survival is natural in women. Man too,
in reality all human beings have a sense of survival
because it is because of the constant agitation that we
live every day, either for natural things or for personal
needs.
