because it comprises of various other
branches of studies like chemistry,
physics, medical science, life science,
agriculture, public health, sanitary
engineering etc.

Natural Environment: It includes the following:


(i)Atmosphere (500 km above
(ii)Hydrosphere
(iii)Lithosphere
(iv)Biosphere

Man made environment:


(i)Human groups
(ii)Material Infrastructure (Railway, roadways, urban and rural)
(iii)Production Relationship.

Social Environment (It includes an individual’s social, economic and political condition where he
lives)

Psychological Environment (The Psychological environment enables us to understand the


personality of an individual. Both the person and his goal form psychological environment.)

Physical Environment ( It refers to geographical climate and weather or physical conditions


wherein and individual lives)
