PROVIDING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS TEEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1.
The Barangay Labor and Employment Committee
(BLEC) shall be composed of three (3) members,
the Committee Chairman as appointed by the
Barangay Chairman from the rank of Barangay
Councilors, and other two (2) members as
appointed by the Barangay Chairman from the
rank of barangay employees and/or volunteers.
Section 2.
The Barangay Labor and Employment Committee
(BLEC) shall serve as a monitoring and
facilitating body for any potential labor disputes,
as a source of first-hand information and
effective dissemination of labor and
employment latest development and situation in
their respective local jurisdiction;

shall submit and forward all labor issues for
Single Entry Approach (SENA) to Workers' Affairs
Office (WAO) and union disputes to Valenzuela
City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (VCTIPC).
