ASSET SHIFTING Process
 Asset shifting:
• Login to EASI
• Pls select your Role

 Asset shifting:
• Click click Site Finder

 Asset shifting:
• Pls Put edotco site ID (available in TC) in Site Ref or
• Pls Put Customer site ID in Customer Site Ref

 Asset shifting:
• Pls put source Site ID from Site Finder

• Pls right click on site and select “Create Service Request by Operator”

• Pls select “Operations” and “Relocation” from the dialog box for relocation request

• Pls put Target Site ID (edotco ID) to shift asset to 2nd site
• Pls mention an estimated cost for this project
• Pls save the project and submit
• One unique project initiated for this shifting. Project Ref: REL-121744

• Pls click “Projcet Asset” to mark the target asset to be relocated
