VoLTE VQI Calculation Principle
 According to the decision threshold, the VQI evaluation value is divided into 5 levels: VQIExcellentThd,VQIGoodThd,VQIAcceptThd,VQIPoorThd, VQIBadThd, the
practical value of the proposed value is 4/3/2/1, the value of the reference P.800 ITU-T for 5 levels of voice quality.
 The uplink and downlink VQI which is finally used as the cell voice quality statistics of the related performance index and the user’s performance monitoring
