SGLG Act (RA 11292) IRR

CGLG mandated to promulgate the
IRR
After two CGLG meetings and rounds of consultations, we
come up with Draft #6 – the final IRR draft
Draft is already transmitted for SILG’s approval and
signature
Target start of implementation is CY 2021
