 In-session Self-Introduction

To get students know you better, we will add a consultant self-introduction page on the first slide of the teaching ma
terials. This will be uploaded to the session room automatically when you are teaching. Please kindly use the templa
te (the 2nd slide), fill out the information and select a photo that shows the best of you to your students.

Once finished, don't forget to convert the slide to a picture format and upload it to your profile.

What to do next:

1. Go the 2nd slide, fill out the necessary information.

2. Save the completed slide as .JPG/ .JPEG or .PNG Format.
3. Upload the picture to your profile, located under the ME tab, consultant portal.

How to save a PowerPoint slide to a picture format?

Select the 2nd slide  Click“File "on the top left  Choose“save as” Choose .JPG/ .JPEG or .
PNG .  Choose to save the “Current Slide Only”
