~ STAFF COMMANDS ~
These are the commands that you will acquire in the
position you’re placed in by the Management Team. Please
take note of all thee commands as they are expected to be
known without looking back at this form.
~ STAFF ROLES ~
These are staff roles and positions. They are designed
to keep the team moving strong at all times and MUST
be treated the way they are described below.
Helper
First line of defense against hackers and rule breakers.
Helpers are the most important role on the staff team. The
Helper role is to set the best example of the team and
should be treated as the most important staff member.
Helpers are to be online the most and to be actively asking
players if they are in any need of help. Helpers are also
here to give the general idea of how the server works.
(Required amount of time to be promoted: 1 month and
active 1+ hours a day)
Moderator
Second line of defense against hackers and rule breakers.
Moderator’s roles are to log in and assist any Helpers who
may be having a bad time on the server. Also, Moderators
are to help out with large volumes of issues on the server.
Moderators are to punish anyone necessarily needed with a
permanent punishment. Moderators are also trainers to any
new Helpers and assist them if they need your help.
(Required amount of time to be promoted: 3-6 months)
~ STAFF ROLES ~
Admin
Third line of defense against hackers and rule breakers. An
Admin’s role is to make sure everything is handled on the
forums and in-game. They are granted the permission to
start accepting or denying staff applications. If you are
denying the application then you must leave a detailed
reason and what the user applying can do better next time
to improve their application. If you are accepting, leave
Dev, the Manager, the application link via Discord so she
can check it out. If she agrees then you are welcome to tag
along in the interview. Also, Admins are to help out with
large volumes of issues on the server.
(Promotions are only granted to those who can help behind
the scenes)
~ STAFF ROLES ~
The Management Team
Final line of defense against hackers and rule breakers. The
owners, developer, and manager belong to the
management team. A person from the management team’s
role is to make sure everything is running smoothly. The
management team makes sure that any updates are
announced or posted with a detailed description on the
update we are planning on releasing and or are releasing.
~ STAFF HELP ~
When dealing with an issue in-game, you need to make sure you
know how to handle every problem possible. To help ensure the
player satisfaction, you need to contact at least an Admin when
you don’t know how to do one thing. Instead of guessing, which
may get you demoted, you need to make sure you are doing
everything possible to make all players happy. The players help
contribute to the server so we need to respect them as if they are
the Owner. If you ever encounter an issue with a player calling
you abusive or a bad staff member, please report it to a higher
ranked staff member to have this all solved before the user reports
you as a bad staff member. This will help solve the issue faster
and reduce the chances of the user having you demoted.
~ BAN APPEAL HELP ~
Staff members are responsible for responding to ban appeals from
users that they reprimanded. Ban appeals allow players to provide
counter-proof or attempt to justify their innocence in a
punishment. Below are some tips & tricks as formatting for
appeals across the server.
Appeal Guidelines:
When a user has appealed their punishment, the involved staff
member is obligated to respond professionally to the appeal. If the
appeal is not in the correct format, you are to deny them with the
said reason. Staff members are required to store ban proof for at
least one month after the punishment. Appeals should be
responded to using the following format. If denied, the appeal can
be closed. If accepted, the user is to be unbanned and the appeal
closed.
