Communication Skills:

She struggles with basic communication skills. Most recently, a couple of staff
members needed to show Kim the logistics of their trivia event and it took well over a
month for her to acknowledge it. After many failed attempts, I finally asked one last time
nearing the 2 month mark. Without warning, she went out of town for a week and
wouldn’t be back for another 3 days. As per usual, we make sure staff members let us
know their approximate time of absence and It’s very hypocritical when she doesn’t give
us the courtesy to plan around it.
The first 3 screenshots are the admin chat of us first talking about the trivia event
and Kim not notifying us of the event in the first place. The next 2 screenshots are of me
bringing up the trivia event 2 months later after Kim had made no progress in helping or
approving of the event and her continuing to put it off since she was not at home,
something she had failed to communicate with anyone.
Work Ethic:
She lacks any work ethic. This ties back into her lack of communication skills, but
when we’d need her approval for a task to be handled, it would take a week or more for
that to happen. For example, after recording events, the winners were waiting for
upwards of a week or more before being given any updates. When Kim would schedule
me and others for Among Us recordings, she would ask us the night before at 2-4 am.
Other times, it was the same day; minutes and hours before a recording would start. In
the screenshots, please note the times when she is asking and the times of the
recordings. This was not just something exclusively done to me, but other creators and
friends as well.
 Giveaway/event winner logs proof. The initial messages are up top, and the
dates of when the thread is closed are when Kim got them their prizes. Most of which
are upwards of 3 weeks in all of these links. On top of that, these are just the ones I
could find. I’m sure there are more cases. There was no reason these kids had to wait
this long or go through weeks of unresponsiveness to get their prize.

Professionalism:
She lacks any semblance of professionalism. For clarification, our admin chat is
in another Discord for security purposes. But every message is intact showing all of
these tendencies. Whenever a debate occurs within the admin chat, she gets
unnecessarily aggressive and hostile. Most recently,
she didn’t tell us she was gone for the week. The
admins assumed she was around because we didn’t
know otherwise. When we planned something, she
pulled the brakes on everything explaining she’s gone
after the fact. It’s a big issue when we need to discuss
something important and she can’t think rationally.
Doxxing History:
There was an incident a while back on January 2nd, 2020. One of Kim’s friends
came into the server indirectly threatening one of our staff members. One of the
chuckling squad members she’s friends with put the ex-moderator “Feaar” in harm’s
way and the other staff members had to coach him out of the situation so he wouldn’t be
targeted. If this sounds familiar, she’s also friends with the same group that hacked
Preston’s accounts through his SIM card a while back. I’m sure you guys are aware that
the Chuckling Squad is the group that hacked him. She claims here that she’s not only
friends with them, but she’s used their likeness within the server. If you look up the user
Snail#0044 within the Discord server, it shows all of the messages he’s ever sent,
including the ones that back up my claims made here. Keep in mind, Kim is completely
okay with keeping this person around the server, potentially endangering hundreds of
thousands of people and children. She even egged on Snail to torment one of the users
in the server detailed in the screenshot listed below.

Snail is a notorious hacker. When Snail entered the chat on the left screenshot,
Feaar questioned who he was. This triggered Snail into the infamous line used by the
Chuckling Squad, “you like to chuckle Fear?” insinuating Snail was threatening to dox
Feaar. This was made more apparent in the right
screenshot from the
mods server where only
mods can see the
messages. Senka and I
were warning Feaar of
the danger Snail poses.
In this screenshot, you
can also see that Kim
confirms she is friends
with Snail.
 Fear questioned if they hacked the Discord
server before because they were the ones that hacked
Preston beforehand. I directed Kim to answer this
question because she is friends with Snail and one of
her “besties.”

Kim then got heated because we were talking

about her friend in a negative light. She asks her
friends to leave, but since she has no power over
Snail, he stays. She then begins to act in a
passive-aggressive manner using the shrug emote
and her smiley face indicating it isn’t what she’s
truly feeling. In the screenshot below, Frost begins
to explain that Snail “fucked him.” He is referencing
Snail leaking his real name to Kim that I found out
at a later date. Towards the end, Kim starts playing
the victim saying she’s going to resign.
In the bottom screenshot, Kim is egging Snail on to ddos
the user that “ran away.” The user she’s talking about is
tagged at the bottom of the screenshot named “Supreme
Leader.” In an effort to condense the screenshots down, I
went ahead and sent a list of Snail’s message history
linking him to Chuckling Squad further proving the
screenshots above that he’s a nasty person. Snail ddosing
the member starts after he wishes Kim a “Happy new
year.”

Betterment of the Server:

She contributes nothing to the betterment of the server. She puts in no effort and
has to be begged in every situation for her attention or approval on something. Kim has
no initiative and doesn’t go out of her way to manage the server as she claims to do.
She shoots the admin’s ideas down but doesn’t come up with any herself and has no
inclination to put in any work. It all falls onto me and the other admins. She is the
Discord Manager but acts like anything but a “manager.” Most, if not all ideas that have
been implemented have been by the admins, not her. To name a few, bringing on our
new developer, the Discord Minecraft server, new and creative events, making
moderating an easier and more fulfilling experience, and making sure that the members
have a safe and wonderful experience. At the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about
and Kim has shown none of the qualities to successfully run a server of this caliber.
