1. What is the title of the movie?
The title of the movie is friend request

2. Create a 5-sentence paragraph that will serve as an introduction.

The movie started about a girl who was gaining plenty of friends. Until,
someone sent her a friend request which made her curious to visit her profile.
Scrolling through the profile, she found Marinas videos interesting that is why
she accepted her friend request and met the mysterious girl in her class named
Marina. Laura was Marinas first friend on facebook and in real life. Which is a
good sign that Laura is a friendly person. But, being too friendly is always not
good.

3. List down at least five (5) characters in the movie and explain the role of
each character.
Laura woodson- popular college student who always spends most of her time
using facebook, her profile page boasting upwards of gasps! She have eight
hundred friends. She even accepts friend request from lonely girl named Marina.

Kobe- a programmer, and ex of laura who still loves her.

Marina- The troubled girl with the heavy mascara in the hoodie who sits alone at
lunch. She has zero friend on facebook and page is riddled with disturbing art.
Tyler- boyfriend of Laura the last person who is willing to make laura safe
Olivia- lauras bestfriends and the last girl which Marina killed.

4. Summarize the plot (story). Use at least 20 sentences.

Laura is a person with so many friends, that is why she included Marina in
her friends list. But things got creepier when marina became so attached with
her to the point that marina wants to be with Laura all the time. When Laura
chose to celebrate her birthday with her family and circle of friends, marina saw
pictures from the social media and that made her jealous and angry towards
Laura. In that scene, laura started avoiding marina making that mysterious girl
angry and depressed to the point that she killed herself infront of her laptop and
posted it on lauras facebook showing that she is the reason of the suicide of
Marina. She lost some friends but with Marina, still not contented. She killed
every person included in Lauras birthday celebration. She used the things
included in her profile which is related to his life. She wants laura to suer and
be alone like her. After making laura miserable and alone marina passed the
dark mirror magic to laura.

5. What message is being sent to us by the movie? Relate it to your

The message sent to us by the movie is related to one of the rules under
how to avoid your facebook to be hacked we should not accept people who
we dont know personally and also this movie showed us that we should not be
too attached and demanding with our friends. Since, were not the only friend
they have. We shouldnt be possesive with our friends, because it can cause
conflicts such as jealousy, envy and anger towards our friend.

1. Specify one scene that you like the most and you like the least/ you dont
like. Explain your reasons.
The scene that i liked the most was the scene towards the ending part
where Laura was the one that turned into a witch because it feels like it
completes the movie title "friend request" and it continues the story like an
endless cycle. The 2 scenes that i least liked are the jump scare scenes or the
ones that build up suspense since I'm the type of guy who is afraid of scary stuff.

2. Choose two characters in the movie. Discuss why you like or why you
dont like those characters.
The character in the story that i liked the most was Laura since she is nice
like how she friended Marina out of pity or good cause (even though it was a bad
idea). The character i least liked the most is Kobe. Kobe was good at the start
helping his friends being nice to them but towards the movie he turned into this
shady character as he learned about the things that are happening with Laura
like how he said that only Laura is safe and her circle of friends aren't.

3. Give one or two lessons you learned from the story. Do you think that
others should learn this lesson? Explain.
1 life lesson I learned was not to friend strangers or people u don't know since
you will never know if they have good or bad motives and the other lesson is not
to be addicted to the internet. Yes people should learn these lessons since it
coukd save their lives

4. If you are to change the ending of the story, how will you end it? Explain
or narrate the ending.
If i were to change the ending of the story i would make it a happy ending where
the witch doesn't possess Laura and the guy didnt get backstabbed.

like. Explain your reasons.
The part i like the most when Laura found where Ma Rina commited suicide,
because im the movie they have been looking for where she commited suicide
and Laura found Ma Rinass laptop. The part i liked the least was when Ma Rina
started getting obsessed with Laura because she got too attached even if they
just met. Another one is when Laura became the next Ma Rina, she got the curse
of Ma Rina, she lost all her friends and at the end of the movie it showed that she
was going to get attached to another popular girl.

2. Choose two characters in the movie. Discuss why you like or why you
dont like those characters.
I like Laura because since she is the protagonist in the movie and she was
Ma Rinas first and last friend. Another person is Ma Rina, i do not like her
because she is an overly attached person, she killed the people close to laura,
including her mother. She also passed on the curse.

others should learn this lesson? Explain.
A lesson you can learn from this movie is that not everyone will stay with you, so
dont get too attached to them, like when Ma Rina got attached to Laura, her first
friend. Do not add everyone or talk to everyone online, they might have bad
intentions or something. Laura gave out a curse on Laura for lying to her.

4. If you are to change the ending of the story, how will you end it? Explain
or narrate the ending.
I could change the ending by making it all a dream, so she could learn from it, a
very very terrible dream.
Laura just learns that anyone online could be a threat. Anyone could get easily
attached.

The interview, is a nice movie with James Franco and Seth Rogan, they went to
north korea to interview the dictator, there north k. was showing only the good
side at the social media.

I like the most is where laura and Kobe is trying to know what kind of account
does marina have and they want to know what is she because they are being
hunted by marina where marina is killing all of her best friends thats why she
asked Kobe to help her and i like the least is the ending because it is just a
constant cycle where the event that is happening to them is just repeating itself
and that the evil never go away.

I don't like Marina and Kobe because marina is so selfish that she only wanted
laura to be her best friend and when laura rejected her she killed herself for here
to kill all of laura's best friends for lora to feel alone. While Kobe there is a part
that i like and don't like about his character because at first he helped lora to
solve how to end her problem but in the end he tried to kill laura and Kobe killed
laura's boyfriend.

never trust anybody especially when you meet somebody in social media that
you didn't know in real life. Because they can harm you essentially if you don't
know the person.

i will make it that where Kobe didn't look on his phone and laura's boyfriend is still
alive and when lora found the black mirror she immediately shatter it because it
is the only way to stop the curse.

I like the most scene is when Laura celebrated her birthday with friends and
family because she always share her happy memories with her friends and love
ones in social media. The scene i don't like is when Marina send a friend request
to Laura but when Laura stalk the page of Marina and she found out that there is
a lots of creepy art but she still accepted the friend request.

Laura Woodson i like her character because she is kind-hearted and friendly
person but there's times that i don't like her character because she was careless
in accepting friend requests from people she didn't even know.
Kobe i don't like his character because he try to kill Laura maybe because he
thought that Laura was the reason why their friends were dying.

others should learn this lesson? Explain.
The lesson i can give is don't accept the people you don't know and don't always
post on facebook regarding to what you are doing right now or where are you
right now. Always know your limitations from posting.

The scene i like the most is when tyler stayed beside laura after everything
happened. Especially when Tyler rescued his girlfriend, Laura. From his ex-
boyfriend who stabbed her in her tummy. The reason why i like this scene the
most is that even though you are struggling. There is always a person who is
willing to stay on your side and making you feel that youre not alone. The scene i
like the least is when Ma Rina ruined Lauras life. Every conflict doesnt need to
kill people in order to have revenge on the person who made a mistake. You
need to accept the reality that not every people will adjust for you and prioritize
you above everything.

Laura Woodson she was a friendly person. I like how she did not judged Ma
Rina. When she sent a friend request at her. Even though Lauras friends keep
telling her to stop talking to Ma Rina. Still, she still communicated with her. Even
though Ma Rinas creeping her out. I dont like when she chose to cut Ma Rina off
without explaining everything, and unfriended her without clearing things out
Kobe i like when he helped Laura to discover everything about Ma Rina. But i
dont like when he stabbed laura and forgetting her as his friend.

others should learn this lesson? Explain.
The lesson i encountered in this movie is learn to limit the thing you want to
share. You dont really need to be friends with every person in your school. You
need to keep yourself in a low profile and you dont really need a lot of friends
because, not everyone will stay loyal to you when the time comes.

or narrate the ending.
I want Ma Rina to be guilty and stop killing people and discover that Laura is her
sister. Laura will help Ma Rina break the curse and live a happy and normal life. I
want a happy ending because, laura is a friendly person. She deserve a happy
life and ending with her boyfriend tyler.

I would like to suggest a light movie which is entitled The Internship. And the movie
entitled Nerve which is related to a online video game with a lot of dares.
