Wire Drawing Process Guide

Wire drawing is a process used to manufacture wires of different diameters by forcing rods or wires through a series of dies with progressively smaller openings, reducing the diameter at each stage. The rod or wire is pulled through a die, reducing its diameter, and then pulled through additional dies to further reduce the diameter to the desired size. Dies used in the wire drawing process are made of materials that can withstand high pressures and temperatures without deforming or wearing down quickly.
