Resource Consulting Firm
- Firm was based in UK and India.
- Vivek Arora and Steeve Gupta were two co-
founders.
- Recruitment process at MLA was very rigorous.
- Candidates of psychology and theatre backgrounds
were eligible to apply

parameters.
- Training was provided to employees for six to nine
months.
- Employees were free to give feedback.
- MLA encouraged corporate social responsibility.
- MLA supported its employees to pursuit their

Option 01:

- Arrange a meeting with the CEO and using the persuasion techniques
persuade him to make the necessary changes in such a way that he
thinks that those ideas are the result of his own thinking and he
should implement those changes to improve his organization

- Do-nothing and reveal the truth directly
Option-2
- Reveal the truth in indirect manner (with recommendation and
suggestion) i.e.
Ask client to allow MLA to customize workshop’s topic so that they can
have more employee performance
- Put a idea of employee filtration with a perspective of cost and time
savings
- Use assessment center method for persuasion
