atmosphere by considerably reducing the pollution they may turn

because it is, in most cases, tagged intrinsically.
Points to define environmental design

There are some rules to define is the product environmentally

sensitive design or not, which are,
1.The sources of inputs to a product or service.
2.Quantities and sources of energy consumed in the process.
3.The amounts and type of waste material that are created in the
manufacturing processes
4.The life of the product itself
5.The end-of-life of the product
The sources of inputs to a product or service.
Details of the design:
The sources of inputs to a product or service: By the sources of inputs of a product defines that it
is environmental friendly or not. My product is clothing. As clothing requires the material of cotton
so we know cotton comes from environment, A handloom saree is always woven on shuttle-pit loom
made from ropes, wooden beams and poles. The shuttle is thrown from side to side by the weaver.
Other weavers use a fly shuttle looms which can produce different types of patterns. Sarees are
different in size and quality.

Quantities and sources of energy consumed in the process: Shari’s are mostly produced by hand.
So this requires light source to make these cloths properly. That’s why it needs light sources or bulb
to make the place visible to workers. And to keep this light source running we needs electricity. So
the electricity costs around 700 taka per week.

The amounts and type of waste material that are created in the manufacturing
processes: To make Shari there’s a very little amount of material get wasted for manufacturing
process. The bad sectors of a Shari that tears or gets bad colored is the only waste materials in here.

The life of the product itself: The life of the product is dependent on the usage of the
product and how the owner treats with the product. The cloth is very high quality as it is
a wearable thing. So it can survive more than 10 years depending on how it is handled.

The end-of-life of the product: Cloths are eco friendly products as it gets mixed up
with soil and does no harm to the environment. After it finishes its work or get
damaged, people can through it away and keep the environment unharmed.
