Sense of Belonging

Learning Priority: Develop sense of belonging and

confidence.
Kholoud, Alhamdulil Allah we are so pleased to see
that you have settled into An-Nur environment
and you have started to feel at home. I know it was
hard to say goodbye to parents when they drop
you in the morning. But you are doing well. Now a
days you would come to say Salam and shake
hands with teachers willingly.
I am pleased to see you steadily developing
confidence. It is easy to see that you enjoy to be at
An-Nur as you love to explore An-Nur learning
environment indoor and outdoor.
Kholoud, Some of these pictures will prove how
much you love to join in with learning activities
encouraged at An-Nur. You are exploring
comfortably and independently.
You have started to build good relationships with
other children and teachers and happily following
our routines.
Developing sense of belonging is very important
and it is obvious that you are trying hard to feel at
ease and confident and comfortable around our
learning environment.
Whats Next?
Kholoud, we will continue to provide plenty of
opportunities where you can develop confidence
to explore independently. Also you will build strong
relationships with other children and teachers and
communicate with them in sha Allah.

Te Whariki Learning Outcome: Over time and

guidance children become increasingly capable of
making connections between people, places and
things in their world.
