Basic concept!
The basic idea behind quality science is that quality control can be
designed every procedure, every action, every step of every process that
occurs in an organization

QUALITY SCIENCE TOOLS

Quality science provides the set of relieble and


proven methodes for achieving excellence in
organization. therefor, it is an important, the
previous vital part in any improvement to the
education enterprise.
There are seven tools that can be used to improve quality

These seven tools are basic to quality science.


By using these seven basic tools, people can
successfully establish quality improvement
processes in an educational system.
THE FIRST TOOL ▫ One of the easiest ways to determine
CAUSE AND
EFFECT the sources of variation is the cause and

diagrams ( also known as fishbone
diagram because they resemble the
skeleton of a fish )

THE FOURTH ▫ A check sheet is a simple data recording from
TOOL CHECK that has been specially designed to enable the
SHEETS user to readily interpret results from the form it
self. Instead of just recording observations as
numbers and writing them as numbers in a
column, the check sheet allows the observers to
see what is happening in the process as they
observe it.

THE FIFTH TOOL ▫ The pareto chart is a way of categorizing and
PARETO CHARTS prioritizing problems. Data can be collected on
student absences, staff time usage, student time
on task, school building vandalism, number of
assignments that have to be redone, parent
inquiries or complaints, number of errors or
any other problem associated with learning or
school.

THE SIXTH TOOL ▫ Scatter diagrams or scatter diagrams or
SCATTER
DIAGRAMS also called scatter diagrams are a
picture that shows the possible
relationship (correlation) between pairs
of two kinds of variables and shows the
closeness of the relationship between
the two variables.

FLOWCHARTS chart, or flow chart, is a type of
diagram that represents an algorithm,
work or process flow, which displays
the steps in the form of graphic
symbols, and their sequence is
