SOME PROBLEMS WE ARE
ENCOUNTERING IN THE PHILIPPINES
 Environmental problems- Threat of desertification as a
result of logging, mining, forest clearing for agriculture
and poverty effect.
 Health problems- malaria, drugs, sex, and other as a
result of extreme poverty
 Social problems- Exodus of professionals to other
countries, abandonment of women and children, lack of
jobs for women and children.
 Economic problems- Poverty, corruption, misuse of
remittance funds, misuse of fund inflows, lack of
sustainable industry, unemployment of non collegiate
graduates.
 Water and sanitation problems-Lack of water and sewer
systems, urban development ahead of water systems,
poverty enhanced problems in sanitation and water.
 Traditional ownership of land as a hindrance to land
development in industrial agriculture and agro forestry
land uses.

2
Our Vision
 All marginal lowland and upland areas be
developed to their full capacity, creating
self sufficiency and supporting globally
competitive and sustainable industries,
providing continuous income and
employment in the country.
 Elimination of hunger, poverty, idleness
and lawlessness, through establishment
of integrated agro forestry industries that
creates national wealth, sources of
income and employment for all citizens.
 Restoration of moral values as we build a
nation of peace and prosperity.
 Mitigation of climate change created by
depletion of natural forest through large-
scale agro forestry projects that will re-
vegetate grasslands and brush lands with
trees and agriculture combinations.

3
OUR MISSION

1. Our main concern is the improvement of the quality of life

spiritually, socially, economically, morally, and environmentally
of every Filipino family through our diversified combination of
agriculture, forestry and agro forestry industries so that we can
build our nation of peace loving, progressive, honest and proud
citizens.
2. We shall work as a team composed of corporate and technical
groups with different fields of specialization, appropriate
government agencies and peoples organization, recognizing the
role of each in realizing our goal of making Philippines a great
nation and a model for tropical countries.
3. Make the country self sufficient in food and environment as the
first step to holistic development and international trade.
4. Prevent land denudation and desertification through agro forestry
projects throughout the country providing green energy from
sustainable source in traditional land and village population.
5. Encourage participation of the private industry in partnership with
traditional landowners in land and industry development.

4
OUR STRATEGY
 Change the traditional concept of harvesting forestland without
replacement and accept reality that our forest cannot be
sustainable, thus policies and development approaches must be
based on reality.
 Change ideological imagination of policy formulators from small-
scale project approach to large-scale projects such as large-
scale agro forestry using CARESS/TREETECH technology
(Think Big!). Make community projects support the large scale
endeavors and social programs.
 Prioritize Finance for the establishment of large-scale
commercial tree and agriculture combination from available
funds that will help in CO2 reduction, environmental mitigation,
economic well-being, spiritual rejuvenation, food for the
population and peace and order situation in the country.
 Privatize the implementation of large-scale lowland and upland
agro forestry development as part of the national policy and as
part of the sustainable development plans.
 Develop a holistic solution to the problems the country is facing
now and in the future (Industry, Socio – Economic, Environment
and Food Production)
5
OUR IMPLEMENTING STRATEGY
 Private initiative combined with government support programs that can
provide for the economic, health, social and spiritual needs of every
Citizen.
 Restoration of the moral fiber in the society through institutional
reforms, holistic economic and religious integration, rehabilitation of
our destroyed traditional forest land, mitigation of deleterious effects of
natural calamities, value re-engineering and nation building.
 Use the country’s comparative advantage over other tropical and
temperate countries in growing industrial timber trees that will create
new wood industries based on agro forestry harvest and generate
sustainable revenues as well as funds for the sustained yield
management of the remaining natural forest in support of present
government ‘s economic program and be able to guide the nation back
to economic, social, spiritual and environmental prosperity.
 Create partnership of various government and private organization to
develop upland and idle lowland from present marginality to future
profitability, insurgency proliferation to peace, poverty to steady income
and general contribution to both export and local market towards a new
jubilant, peaceful, religious and principled people of a nation.
 Expand and spread correct peoples value as the main road to all
man’s aspirations.
6
OUR PROPOSAL
 Commercial agro Iindustrial project initially of 1.2 MILLION hectares of upland and lowland areas in
PHILIPPINES within 5 years and eventually 2.4 million hectares within 10 years. Program for production of 15
billion liters of ethanol per year will need US$ 20.0 Billion 10-year program and will fund the other 15 modules
or a total of 25 projects.
 Avail of appropriate funds to develop 1Ethanol Module and 9 Feasibility Studies for the first one million
hectares that will generate revenue for the development of the additional 4 million hectares within a 25 year
program.
 Employ large-scale sustainable agro forestry (agriculture-forestry combination technology – CARESS and
TREETECH Agro forestry Technology) that will generate sustained income, to implement sustained Module
programs in spiritual transformation, values re-engineering, education, health, employment and ,social
services in the countryside and generally nation building.
 Implement the program in the identified marginal upland and less developed areas into 120,000 hectare
modules that will support 6 new towns and 1new city per module
 Include the basic infrastructures, livelihood, social and spiritual concerns of the communities that will be
established within the plantations areas and the surrounding support communities including coastal areas that
will supply marine food to the project employees .
 Preserve and manage existing old growth forest in each defined areas in order to sustain synergy between
project and biodiversity factors and sustain the productivity of the land in terms of natural resources such as
fresh air, water, and sustained ecosystem balance that contributes to climate change solutions.
 Embrace Correct Values as our driving guidance to attain our goal successfully eliminating poverty and push
our people up to prosperity and be able to build a nation with peace, loving, forgiving, honest, happy and
praying citizen.
 Concentrate of Bio Fuels and Timber Industries as the core industries and sustained revenue centers that will
spur other downstream industries in food security, biodiversity preservation, other economic services and
provide solution to a sustained peace and order situation in the country in addition to existing government
economic programs.

THE TECHNOLOGY - TREETECH SYSTEM
(A Sustainable Agro-Forestry Technology)
 Sustainable combination of commercial forest trees
with large-scale agricultural undertaking in the same
piece of land.
 Organization of upland scattered villages to organized
communities with proper housing and basic social
services for people who will work in the plantation.
 Species–Site Match as the basis for cost and revenue
to ensure project profitability and sustainability.
 Commercial thinning of tree plantations that will add
to the income from agriculture inter-crops in both
short and long term.
 Quality logs are developed in plantations through the
process of selection and high yielding agricultural
crops through usage of modern technologies in
agronomy and plant nutrition.
 Provide additional settlement, employment, income,
food, and government revenues in the countryside
 Avoid mono-culture problems through inter-cropping
techniques and preservation of existing natural forest
in the area.
 Application of new technologies in nutrification and
humates to lessen plantation inputs and maximize
yields.
