• Discussion which will provide solution
• Symposium is a smaller number of conference with lesser
number of delegates
Summit

• Pre-schedule of meetings of diplomats and head of government


from different countries.
• For examples, World leaders will meet next week for their annual
economic summit.
Congress
• Formal meeting of people with political, trade affiliation to
discuss, exchange views within a specific sphere of activity.
• Would typically be held once in a year per discipline,
highlighting the achievements, notable results in that field.
