• EMR dashboards bring scattered data together, which saves the practice time
of EMR and money. It also helps improve quality score and serves as an early
warning system.

• KPIs give dashboard projects purposes and directions. The key of using
dashboards is to focus on performance indicators that are specific, attainable,
and trackable for the hospital.
