• Cleaning the Insulators with IP (Isopropyl) Alcohol
• Placement of Insulators on tables for the application of RTV Coating
• Flipping of Insulators
• Shifting in to Racks
• Curing
• Dry Firm Thickness Test.
• Hydrophobicity Test.
• Packing

 On Top Coating
• Take a Shutdown.
• Do Grounding of the Transmission Line.
• Safety Check.
• Wash Insulators with Water thoroughly.
• Clean Insulators with Isopropyl Alcohol.
• Coat the Insulators.
