Listing ideas to be valued
Identifying evaluation criteria (quality-time-cost-
quantity-convenience - employee resistance
Suggesting the maximum number of points (100
points)
Assigning a weight for each criterion according to
its importance
Measuring each idea against each criterion
Collecting the number of points gained by each idea
The idea which collects the largest sum of points is
selected as the best idea
