Terms and Condition
•Tour begins and ends at Pathumwan Princess Hotel
•Delegates must meet at Pathumwan Princess Hotel for pick up during the specified
time
•Delegates are responsible for their own transportation to Pathumwan Princess Hotel
•Tour include admission fee, transportation, and meals indicated in the tour program
only
•No shirtless, shorts, or sandals are allowed

15 November 2016 – from 08:45 to 12:30 (limited to 19 people)

08:45 The students will be welcomed with a fresh Thai herbal drink and discuss with the chef the 4
course meal they will prepare
09:00 The group will take a ride by Sky Train (Saphan Taksin) to the Bang Rak morning market. Our
instructor will advise the group and guide you in discovering the usage of Thai fruits and
vegetables without forgetting the multicolored spices
10:00 Time to take a ride back by Sky Train to the Cooking School.
10:10 Arrive at the Cooking School where a refreshing drink and towel is waiting for you
10:15 Theory Class. Here the instructor will present a cookery demonstration of the dishes that you
will have to prepare! Each student will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day.
11:15 Each student has his own table and wok. Assisted by our instructor you will learn and experience
the culinary technique of Thai cuisine.
12:30 Lunch. Now you can taste and enjoy your own culinary creation in a convivial Thai setting at the
Blue Elephant Restaurant.
 CSR Cruise
 November 15, 2016. Take photos with the temple of dawn & grand
palace on the private cruise, and be part of the CSR program: Reading for the
blind.
